Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all purchases made through the site, in the following called "seller", and they form the exclusive basis for all orders, deliveries, and services provided by the seller to his customers. Regulations which deviate from these Terms & Conditions are only applicable if they are confirmed by the seller in writing. These Terms & Conditions apply to both, the private customer and the business customer.​

Prices and shipping costs

All prices mentioned on the website of seller are final prices. However, for some shipping countries, VAT and/or import duty may be applicable which the customer has to pay to the appropriate tax or customs authorities of the delivery country before the order can be delivered.

The shipping costs are not included in the prices. They will be shown during the order process and added to the total billing amount.

Payment of merchandise

Payment is due when the customer receives the order confirmation. Customers usually can choose between 2 forms of payment which are credit card (MasterCard, VISA Card, and American Express Card) and PayPal (in a few countries payment is only possible via PayPal).

Delivery of merchandise

Ordered goods are being delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided when he placed his order. The seller delivers orders worldwide. In case due to acts of God's will an order cannot be delivered or other services cannot be provided, then there is no further liability from the seller's side other than immediately refunding those amounts which the customer already may have paid. In case attempts to deliver an order at the location of the customer's shipping address fail twice, then the purchase contract is automatically terminated. In this case, amounts already having been paid by the customer will be refunded after the merchandise, which could not be delivered to the customer, has been returned to the seller. In case there is a delay with an order fulfillment of more than 4 weeks and the customer can prove that this delay is unreasonable for him, then the customer, after a reasonable grace period, can withdraw from his contract free of charge.

Retention of title

As long as the customer has not fulfilled all his financial obligations from his purchase contract towards the seller, all the merchandise which may already have been delivered to the customer remains the property of the seller. As long as this retention of title prevails, the customer is not allowed to sell the merchandise or use it; in particular, the customer is not allowed to contractually grant the right to use the merchandise to any third party.

Liability for payment of damages

In the case of simple negligence, the seller is only liable as far as it violated contractual duties, and the liability is limited to foreseeable damage. The seller is not liable for damages caused easily and negligently due to some defects of the purchased item.

Severability clause

If a rule of these Terms & Conditions for any reason should be invalid or become invalid, then this does not touch the validity of the other rules and conditions.

Shipping Policy

 

At Wellness Pro we strive for efficient and effective service delivery.  We do therefore think that our standard is conspicuously very high; however, it is the opinion of; and feedback from our clients that carries the day. ​

International:

- All Europe:

Shipping to Europe (Excluding UK) will be a flat rate of £10.00 until further notice for parcels up to 2 kg.

For Parcels More Than 2Kg, we will inform you of the extra cost, if we do think the cost could be significantly higher.

- Africa, Asia & USA:

Shipping to Africa, Asia & USA will be a flat rate of £10.00 until further notice for Parcels up to 2Kg.

For Parcels More Than 2Kg, we shall inform you of the extra cost, if we do think the cost could be significantly higher.

- Australia, New Zealand & Oceania:

Shipping to Australia, New Zealand & other Oceania countries will be a flat rate of £10.00 until further notice for Parcels up to 2kg.

For Parcels More than 2kg, we shall inform you of the extra cost if we do think the cost could be considerably higher.​

NOTE:  Depending on the nature of the postal service provision in your country, it can take from 14 to 28 days for some shipments to arrive. We advise clients to contact their local Customs & Excise department for details. Shipping laws vary from country to country. It is the responsibility of the client to check with the Customs & Excise department in their country whether the country permits the shipment of such products. Fohow UK and associates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Our responsibility ends when we have proof that the order(s) has arrived at your home country. We are not under any law, ordinance, statute, treaty or circumstances, responsible for the internal postal services function of the recipient of our services and/or products.

Return Policy

​

  • Unopened items may be returned for any reason whatsoever. Simply send the items back to us by mail within 30 days (starting from the date of dispatch and shipment to YOU). When we receive your package we will credit you by the method of payment used to place the order, for the full purchase price of your product(s), LESS shipping charges we paid for.​

​

  • Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Fohow UK, we strive to package clients’ order(s) so they will arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands, it goes through many other handling hands; consequently, the products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit,  please contact us immediately for further instructions:

- Please do not discard the damaged product(s). Retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.

- Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during the shipment of returned items.

- Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products. 

- Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact us first in order to receive a return authorization.
